Group Interviews

Extensive experience engaging people in fruitful conversation about what matters most to clients.  Focus groups are more than Q&A sessions…we create an inviting, casual environment that puts participants at ease, establishes trust, and encourages open and candid conversation. This sharing and exchanging of opinions and ideas is ideal for:

  • Concept development and evaluation
  • Category and brand exploration
  • Early creative development

Mini Groups/Triads: Interviews with fewer participants allow for more in-depth discussion when issues require it (e.g., sensitive health issues). The smaller, more intimate size can also help foster more participant involvement, as it is easier for all voices to be heard.
